Tom Simmons Thomas J. Simmons is a Sioux Falls native and graduate of Washington High School. Tom attended the University of South Dakota for two years then transferred to Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. In addition to software development, he also owned a web hosting company, web design firm and a network integration company. Tom also participated in a real estate investment group that purchased distressed properties in the Phoenix Metro area. Tom is active in the community as current board member of the Noon Sertoma Club, President of his Business Network International (BNI) chapter, Junior Achievement volunteer and graduate of the Citizens Police Academy. Tom is also a member of the Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Since changing professions in 2006 to Commercial Real Estate Tom has been involved in all facets of commercial real estate sales and leasing. Using a creative blend of technology and brokerage Tom strives to find the perfect property for a buyer or tenant. His marketing and technology skills also help market a property to a prospective buyer or tenant.
